Abstract

Software BRUTAL WIENER slouží pro filtraci myopotenciálů v signálech EKG s použitím vlnkové transformace. Filtr automaticky odhaduje úroveň vstupního rušení na jehož základě nastavuje parametry filtrace. Wienerův filtr je zde použit v dyadické redundantní vlnkové doméně. Software byl vytvořen v programovém prostředí Matlab.

Abstract in English

Software BRUTAL WIENER is used for filtering of myopotentials in ECG signals using a wavelet transform. The filter estimates the level of the input noise automatically and this information use for basic parameters setting. Wiener filter is used in the shift-invariant dyadic wavelet domain. The software was developed in Matlab.
