Original Title

CFD simulation of thermal behaviour of tubular light guides.

English Title

CFD simulation of thermal behaviour of tubular light guides.

Type

Paper in proceedings (conference paper)

Original Abstract

Tubular light guides are systems for daylighting of windowless interiors, they have found wide applications in building, In spite of their many advantages they could also represents some problems in building constructions because they sometimes act as thermal bridges in flat roof compositions. The paper is focused on the evaluation of temperature distribution and air flow inside of tubular light guide CFD model.
