Original Abstract

Vynález poukazuje na ošetření líce slévárenské formy nátěrem, který sníží, nebo zcela potlačí, vznik vad v odlitku, které vznikají během odlévání zejména reoxidací kovu. Při výrobě odlitků se natírá líc formy nátěrem, který vytváří na líci formy tenkou vrstvu, která se vyznačuje žáruvzdorností a odolností proti působení tekutého kovu. Nátěr tak potlačuje vznik povrchových vad typů penetrace kovu do slévárenské formy a zlepšuje jakost povrchu odlitku. Přesto vznikají na odlitcích v některých případech rozsáhlé vady typu sekundární struskovitost apod. Autory vyvinutý nátěr umožnil snížit nebo zcela potlačit vznik vad typu sekundární struskovitost.

English abstract

Invention describes treatment of foundry mould face side by coating which lowers or nearly totally suppresses formation of defects generated during pouring especially by reoxidation phenomena. During casting production face side of the mould is painted by coating which produces thin layer characterised by high refractoriness and resistance to metal treatment. So generation of surface defects such as penetration of the metal into foundry sand mould is suppressed and also casting surface quality is improved. For all that places with high occurrence of secondary dross can be found on castings in some cases. Coating invented by authors enables lowering or total suppression presence of defects based on secondary drossiness.
