Abstract

Laboratorní hlavice s programovým a algoritmickým vybavením je určena pro experimentální vizuální defektoskopii a rozpoznávání částí automobilových konektorů. Zařízení umožňuje kamerové snímání vloženého výrobku (konektoru) a následné rozpoznání vadných částí. Součásti bez vady jsou pomocí algoritmů zpracování obrazu klasifikovány do několika volitelných tříd, což umožňuje rychlou a přesnou výstupní kontrolu.

Abstract in English

This laboratory device is a type of mounting head with software and algorithms which is intended for experimental defectoscopy of automotive connectors. Device is able to obtain images of inserted connectors into the field of view and subsequent image processing and recognition of faulty and flawless parts of automotive connectors. Flawless parts are classified into several classes and so check-out rutine is more accuratel, robust and also faster.
