Program je určen pro simulaci reologických poměrů magnetoreologického tlumiče DELPHI MagneRide. Na základě analyzovaných konstrukčních parametrů tlumiče a vlastností MR kapaliny Lord je vypočtena virtuální závislost tlumící síly na rychlosti pístnice tlumiče. K výpočtu jsou využity vztahy pro prouděni nenewtonovské kapaliny štěrbinou, která je situována v magnetickém poli. Program umožňuje interaktivně sledovat vliv konstrukčních změn a proudu v cívce tlumiče na tvar této charakteristiky. Program je využíván při konstrukci pístových magnetoreologických systémů.

The program is designed for simulation of rheological properties of magnetorheologic damper DELPHI MagneRide. On the basis of analyzed construction parameters of the damper and properties of the MR fluid LORD, the damping force virtual dependence on the dampers piston speed is calculated. To evaluate the damping force, the characteristics of Newtonian fluid flow through slit (which is in the magnetic field) are used. The program enables interactive monitoring of how construction changes and the magnitude of the current in the dampers coil influence the shape of the F-v characteristics.
