Abstract

Integrovaný obvod UCCX-035-IK je vyroben v technologii CMOS 0.35um. V pouzdře PLCC44 obsahuje univerzální proudový konvejor UCC a proudový konvejor druhé generace CCII+/-. Pomocí univerzálního proudového konvejoru UCC lze nahradit až 32 jednoduššíhch typů proudovoých konvejorů s jedním nízkoimpedančním vstupem X.

The integraed circuit UCCX-035-IK is produced using the CMOS 0.35um technology. In the paclage PLCC44 embodies the universal current conveyor UCC and second generation current conveyor CCII+/-. Using the UCC up to 32 simplier current conveyors with single low-impedance input X can be implemented.
