Laditelný model vokálního traktu člověka, který má konstantní šířku kavity po celé jeho délce, slouží jako vhodný prostředek pro experimentální ladění a názornou ukázku rozložení formantů samohlásek A, E, I, O, U. Tento model obsahuje 10 pohyblivých částí, pomocí kterých lze jednoduše měnit tvar vnitřní kavity a tím také měnit vlastní frekvence vzduchové kavity (formanty). Pro snadné nastavení jednotlivých samohlásek jsou k modelu přiloženy destičky s příslušnou šablonou dané samohlásky.

Tunable model of the human vocal tract, which has a constant width of cavity throughout its length, serves as a suitable tool for experimental tuning and also for showing the distribution of vowels formants A, E, I, O, U. The model contains 10 moving parts, which enables easy changing of inner shape of the cavity and thus changing the natural frequencies of air cavity (formants). For easy setup of individual vowels, the plates with the corresponding vowel template are added to the model.
