Abstract

The software package developed in cooperation with the Philips Nederland allows the user from clinical environment uploading his/her CT angiographic data (pre- and post-contrast 3D data files) using the indicated web page, after registration and obtaining a free licence via the web page. The submitted data are batch processed and the resulting 3D file of the vessel structure is made available to the user. A feedback is expected from the users - a comparison of the obtained results with the output of the standard (usually commercial) software.
