Sestava slouží k buzení (foto)luminiscence na nanostrukturách a k detekci tohoto signálu pomocí zobrazovacího spektrografu. Sestava současně umožňuje nastavení vzájemné polohy vstupní štěrbiny spektrografu a konkrétního místa na povrchu vzorku. (Foto)luminiscenční signál je sbírán z povrchu vzorku pomocí objektivu a následně zobrazován do roviny vstupní štěrbiny zobrazovacího spektrografu. Sestava obsahuje vyjímatelný dělič svazku a možnost vkládat požadované filtry

Assembly is designed for excitation of (photo)luminiscence signal on nanostructures and for detection of that signal by means of imaging spectrograph. The assembly allows us to adjust the mutual position of spectrograph input slit and definite position on the specimen surface. The signal is collected by the objective lens and imaged into the spectrograph input slit. To minimize the loss of the signal the removable beamsplitter is the part of the assembly together with the filter holder.
