Abstract

Application predicts flow division into branches of a distributor having variable rectangular cross-section. Both compresible and incompressible fluid flows can be simulated. This application can also be used as an optimization tool for determining the best distributor shape possible within a given range, i.e., with the lowest flow non-uniformity.
