Abstract

Unikátní zářízení pro měření částic v čistých prostorách za vysokých teplot až do 300 C, měření odpovída měřením dle platných norem. Systém umožňuje měřit tři měřící místa včetně chlazení z teloty 300 C na 50 C. Zářízení obsahuje kontrolu teploty, posouzení dle platných norem ISO.

Abstract in English

Laboratory device for counting particles in the clean chamber for higher temperature to 300 C. The system can measure three measuring points including a cooling from 300 C; the flesh profiteth at 50 C. The device includes a temperature control, the assessment according to current ISO standards.
