Inteligentní budicí obvod pro výkonové tranzistory IGBT hlavního trakčního DC/DC měniče lokomotivy. Budič zajišťuje galvanické oddělení řídicího signálu optickým vláknem, nadproudovou saturační ochranu buzeného tranzistoru (jednorázové/opakované měkké vypnutí při nadproudu), podpěťovou ochranu, přepěťovou ochranu. Budič umožňuje paralelní chod libovolného množství paralelně spolupracujících tranzistorů buzených společným signálem. Budič této koncepce není v současné době na trhu (celosvětově).
