Abstract

Měření dielektrických spekter je určeno pro sledování molekulární dynamiky dielektrických materiálů ve frekvenčním rozsahu 20 Hz - 1,8 GHz. Fourierova transformace výsledků z časové oblasti rozšiřuje frekvenční rozsah směrem dolů do cca 10E-5 Hz. Teplotní rozsah je 10 - 450 K.

Abstract in English

Measurement of dielectric spectra is intended for the research of molecular dynamics of dielectric materials in the frequency range 20 Hz - 1,8 GHz. Fourier transformation from the time domain extends the frequency range downwards to some 10E-5 Hz. Temperature range is 10 - 450 K (helium cryostat).
