Abstract

Zařízení pro snížení detekčních limitů dosažitelných při spektorchemické analýze materiálů metodou laserové spektroskopie LIBS (10-100 ppm). Snížení detekčních limitů je dosaženo excitováním atomů daného prvku v již vytvořeném plazmatu laditelným pulzním laserem.
