Original Abstract

Review of an article submitted to the journal Indoor and Built Environment (ISSN 1420-326X). The article presents results of evaluation of function of laser cut panels mounted on windows for improvement of daylighting level in large and deeper rooms in high-rise buildings. The article consists of three parts, general description of the solved problem, specification of the evaluation model and determination of results from light measurements, description of daylight computer simulations and their comparison with the measured data. The final review of the article is: Very interesting article, actual topic, valuable results. In spite of the article quality there are some small deficiencies in the terminology and the article completion. The article is recommended to be published in Journal Indoor and Built Environment after minor revisions.
