Original Abstract

Úkolem tohoto znaleckého posudku je provést komplexní analýzu nehodového děje a zodpovědět uvedené otázky položené opatřením soudu. Na vznik a průběh předmětné nehody je možno usuzovat z fotodokumentace nehody, rozsahu a způsobu poškození vozidel, z korespondence poškození a z výpovědí účastníků dané DN.

English abstract

The task of the expert opinion is to conduct a comprehensive analysis nehodového going on and answer the questions put to the court measure. The onset and course of the accident in question can be assumed from the photographic documentation of accidents, the extent and method of vehicle damage, damage from the correspondence and statements of participants in the DN.
