Original Abstract

This contribution deals with interference cancellation in 2G and 3G systems. Interference cancellation and especially SAIC is currently hot research topic, because interference is the dominant factor limiting the capacity of 2G and 3G networks. A generalized RAKE receiver for interference suppression and multipath mitigation should be considered in this contribution. Following work should be focused on G-RAKE receiver simulation in Matlab.
