English Title

Sound Source Panning Methods for Multichannel Reverberator

Type

Paper in proceedings (conference paper)

Original Abstract

The paper deals with sound source panning for multichannel digital reverberators. First, the panning theory for mixing consoles is analysed and the two panning methods are compared. Then the VBP method is applied to the multichannel digital reverberator and a comparison is made with current methods of speculative sound source panning. In conclusion, further steps of the project solution are outlined.
