Článek se zaměřuje na pojištění budovaného díla, přináší výstupy získané analýzou českého pojistné trhu, příslušné legislativy, pojistných smluv a pojistných podmínek a také komentáře k jednotlivým ustanovením pojistných smluv.

English abstract

The paper is focused on the insurance of bulding order construction/erection and brings outpust obtained by the analysis of Czech insurance market, respective legislation, insurance contracts, insurance terms and conditions.
