Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá problematikou identifikace základních rizikových faktorů, které mohou významně ovlivnit jednu ze základních ekonomických charakteristik stavebního díla - náklady na vlastní realizaci stavby. Cílem příspěvku je identifikovat a popsat základní rizikové faktory, k identifikaci jsou využity údaje z realizovaných zakázek a informace Českého statistického úřadu. Pro formulaci závěrů je využita simulace metodou Monte Carlo.

English abstract

Paper deals with the identification of basic risk factors, which can influence one of basic economic characteristics of a building object - costs for the realization of a building object. Main objective of the paper is to identify and to describe basic risk factors, which can lead to the increasing of expected cost for the realization of the building object. For the formulation of conclusions it is used the simulation with the Monte Carlo method.
