Original Abstract

Many transducers without electronic circuits are already fabricated. Because a miniaturisation of sensors are required, only an on-chip implementation can be accepted. Our research is focused on precise electronic detectors for conductometric sensors. Results of the research show that the conductometric sensor changes a cell constant correction under variation of a concentration of a liquid solution. It is remarkable for IDES of a microsensor as a parasitic parallel capacity Cp, which impacts an impedance responce of the IDES a lot.Our method realised in new progressive technologies as ASIC can be used for all type conductometric sensors as conductivity sensors of liquid solution, biosensors, gas sensors, etc.
