Original Abstract

Generally, solid semiconductor metal oxides (SMO) are used as a convenient material for monitoring the quality of air by means of different gases detection (O2, H2, CO, NH3, NOx or hydrocarbons). We designed a new high sensitive gas sensor with titanium dioxide coating on nanostructure-modified surface of gold electrode.
