Original Abstract

Zhodnocení konstrukčních poruch vznikajících na budovách v důsledku objemových změn podzákladových jílů. Faktory ovlivňující smršťování, resp. bobtnání zemin (vegetace, klimatické faktory, poruchy kanalizace atd.) Hloubka založení v ČSN 73 1001 "Základová půda pod plošnými základy". Hodnocení stavu porušených staveb a konkrétní příklady řešení tohoto problému z praxe - oprava barokního kostela, hotelu a knihovny.

English abstract

Recently, during ground investigations, heavy damage has been observed to small buildings (such as homes) and large constructions (community facilities, castles, churches, etc.). This damage mostly manifests itself by huge vertical or oblique cracks running up from the subsoil and the foundations of the building. The constructional and structural consequences are usually very serious necessitating expensive securing of the structural system and sometimes even the removal of an entire building.
