Original Abstract

The present state and development trends in the field of drivers for power transistors MOSFET and IGBT are described in this article. The technology SMART-POWER-DEVICES is discussed. An attention is paid to the principle block schema of the driver including electronic protections. Especially the saturation protection and the galvanic separation of the switching signal is solved.
