Original Abstract

V první části článku je popsán současný stav a vývojové trendy v oblasti budičů výkonových spínacích tranzistorů MOS-FET a IGBT a v oblasti technologie SMART-POWER-DEVICES. Druhá část článku se zabývá konkrétní konstrukcí budiče s galvanickým oddělením pomocí vf transformátorků, se kterou bylo dosaženo velmi malých zpoždění přenášeného řídicího signálu a velké odolnosti budiče na strmost du/dt.

English abstract

In the first part of the article the present state and development trends in the field of power transistor drivers and SMART-POWER-DIVICES technology are described. The second part is intersted in a concrete construction of driver with a galvanic separation using HF transformers. A very low delay of the control signal and a very high immunity to du/dt slope were achieved weith this construction.
