SMEs play avital role in the development of national economics, not only in providing new sources of employment and as a means of replacing declining traditional industries but also as a source of innovation, creativity and interantional competitiveness, High-technology SMEs hav ebecome regrded as of particular interest to governments and others in the generation of new economic activity, new industries and new means of siustainable competition, both within local and global markets.
