Original Abstract

The explosion in distance learning programs on the worldwide web has been followed by the same explosion of arts of theirs implementations. While distance learning will surely improve its importance and will spread in all the branches of the education, it is still unclear what art of implementation will represent the optimal compromise among time, price and efficiency. To decide what art of software solution represents the best usage in a concrete application, it is necessary to know all the ways of implementation and all their attributes. Here should be presented the ways of implementation and the basic attributes with high importance in decision making process.
