Original Abstract

Investigation of 1/f noise and transport characteristics of a monocrystalline silicon solar cells showed that illumination of the p-n junction solar cells may result not only in the appearance of a photocurrent or photovoltage but in an appreciable change of the Space Charge Region (SCR) properties.
