Vliv povodní na rozvoj ohrožených měst nebyl doposud odpovídajícím způsobem řešen a promítniut do územně plánovací dokumentace. Projekt zpracovávaný pro Grantovou agenturu ČR si dal za cíl zacelit toto bílé místo na poli vědecko výzkumném a urbanismu

English abstract

The impact of floods on the development of the afflicted towns has not yet been satisfactorily solved and incorporated into the relevant development documents.The research project, launched by the Grant Agency of ČR is aimed at filling this "white spot" in the field of both research and urban planning.
