Original Abstract

Tento článek popisuje návrh měřícího systému pro měření nabíjecích a vybíjecích proudů v časovém rozsahu (10e-5)s až (10e5)s. Systém je založen na využití vstupního předzesilovače elektrometru Keithley 617 a jeho realizace vyžaduje podstatné rozšíření využití elektrometru, jak o programové vybavení, tak i zapojení experimentálního pracoviště.

English abstract

This paper describes the design of a measuring system of the measurement of charge and discharge currents in the time range (10e-5)s - (10e5)s. The system is based upon the use of the Keithley 617 input preamplifier and its imlementation required substantial extension of Keithley 617 functionalities, both in software and in the experimental setup.
