Original Abstract

The values of reaction rate constants of chosen reactions in SF6 low temperature plasma have been calculated under assumption of equilibrium Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution. Then the influence of chemical reactions on distribution function have been taken into account and revised values of reaction rate constants have been obtained. The results are compared with published data.
