Original Abstract

The aim of the work was to improve performance of agarose gel electrophoresis of nucleic acids by using spectral analysis of the samples. The analysis is based on the use of suitable laser wavelength with the highest absorption by gel components to detect the DNA band before it exits from a gel plate.
