The paper deals with the behaviour of the pre-stressed members reinforced with FRP reinforcement and with the design of their anchoring area. It describes the behavior of newly developed anchor element and outlines the fundamental solution of the anchoring area using a simplified calculation method. It compares the calculation results with the ones obtained from the experiments.
