Original Abstract

This paper presents software package for ultrasound perfusion imaging evaluation. The package was developed as Graphical User Interface (GUI) in Matlab. Package contains application for import and browsing of ultrasound contrast-enhanced sequences, image registration, region of interest selection, deconvolution and visualization of results.
