Original Abstract

The paper presents a possibility of synthetic coordinate system viability for localization purposes in wireless sensor networks. It is very challenging to employ synthetic coordinate localization algorithms proposed for IP based networks in energy constraint networks. We proposed modified version of Vivaldi localization algorithm with 2D plus height system and developed a simulator tool for initial investigation of its function in WSN based networks.
