Original Abstract

Recent achievements in information and communication technologies and the existing reality of globalisation call for extra knowledge which is an important part of engineering education. It is the knowledge of a generally functioning tool of communication. Such necessity was pre-eminently identified and realized within professional working activities in various branches of human occupations. The present study deals with language knowledge identification and its management.
