Original Abstract

This paper deals with the Featured Driven Development (FDD), an agilesoftware development method. According to the requirement analysis forthe FDD method application, an information system has been createdproviding all team members with instruments to follow the method. Thistool has been implemented as a multi-user web-based applicationenabling creation of feature lists, planning a project, supportingcooperation among members of a feature-team, and tracking projectprogress in an illustrative way. To support project management andcommunication with customer representatives, a wide range of reportingfeatures has been provided.
