Original Abstract

Koeficient restituce je veličina, která představuje míru pružnosti srážky mezi dvěma tělesy. V tomto článku je popsán způsob, jak měřit koeficient restituce mezi pevnou podložkou a skákající gumovou kuličkou nebo pingpongovým míčkem. Princip měření spočívá v analýze zvuku vznikajícího při nárazech.

English abstract

Coefficient of restitution is a measure of rebounce elasticity between two colliding bodies. In this article there is described a method for measurement of coefficient of restitution between bouncing rubber ball or ping-pong ball and a solid desk. The principle is based on analysis of sound waves generated at the impacs.
