Original Abstract

Possibilities of "in-situ" observation of non-conductive specimens free of charging artifacts in dynamically changed surrounding conditions is one of the main advantages of modern scanning electron microscopes using high pressure environment in specimen chamber, called as high pressure SEM, variable pressure SEM, environmental SEM etc.
