Original Abstract

Fabrication of an array of nanostructures on a surface results in the enlargement of the surface area. Therefore, nanostructures can be used in the technological applications in which the surface area is a crucial parameter (e.g. microsensors). Nanostructures also attract increasing attention because of their unique properties. There are many ways to fabricate an array of nanostructures but the template-based method is one of the most effective and inexpensive.
