Original Abstract

V úvodu svého příspěvku uvádí autorky současný stav v problematice konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti podniků. Dále popisují základní přístupy k benchmarkingu jako nedílné součásti systému měření výkonnosti podniku a snaží se popsat benchmarkingové procesy. V závěru poukazují na důležitost samotného benchmarkingu v podnicích.

English abstract

Authoresses in introduction of their article show a current state of problems in competitive advantage and efficiency company. Then they describe a fundamental access to benchmarking as a part of the system of company measurements. The authoresses describe the benchmarking processes and emphasises an importance of benchmarking at metering efficiency company and the necessity of its implementing.
