Original Abstract

Although visually impaired people can access digital information byusing computers, usually the content of Internet pages is not fullyaccessible. The dissemination of information available through theWorld Wide Web makes universal access more and more important andsupports visually impaired people in their everyday life. In this paperwe present a new system which serves visually impaired people forbrowsing and interacting with web pages. We propose a system, whichuses translation rules to render web pages upon user requests.
