The main aim of this article is to show how we can use DEVS (DiscreteEVent system Specification) formalism as a basic tool for buildingcomplex traffic models. Models based on the
DEVS formalism can be simulated parallel by P-DEVS simulator. P-DEVS is parallel version on of the basic DEVS formalism.
