Original Abstract

A design optimization method of reinforced concrete rod member is presented. The general RC cross-section is subjected to a set of combination of axial force and biaxial bending moment rising from ultimate limit states. The goal is to find the minimum amount of the longitudinal reinforcement, which is necessary to ensure the reliable transfer of the load effects (N, My, Mz).

English abstract
