When wirelesses communications are in the office or home, then Wireless Personal Area Networking (WPAN) might be implemented. WPANs have seen explosive growth in the last few years. This growth is a result of standardization (802.15 protocols), improved data rates, improved ease of use, as well as a sharp decline in prices.
