Original Abstract

Contemporary practice of tendering process in the Czech Republic, short time to work out the organizational project of building site and the bid for tendering, and usually low level of design - that are some factors, which may lead to higher costs, number of defects and environmental impacts during revitalizations, reconstructions or building process generally. This paper deals with the possibilities of the risk analysis and elimination in practice of contractor's company.
