Original Abstract

This article is based on possibilities of E-commerce in information society. For development of E-commerce is absolutely necessary to develop the main background and it is information society. This process offer a lot of possibilities but also offer risks for all parts, which are described in this work. First part is dedicated to information society. From this basics are carefully formulated advices for development of this society. Next part is about E-commerce and about new trends in this area which are based on building up information society.
