Tento funkční vzorek pokročilé karbidové keramiky vyrobené z recyklátu reprezentuje optimalizovanou technologii zhutnění, bez asistence externího tlaku. Právě kvůli absenci tlaku je tento materiál slinován pomocí tzv. reaktivního slinování v kapalné fázi, kdy hlavním aditivem nutným pro úspěšné získaní hutné karbidové keramiky z práškového recyklátu je kobalt.

This functional sample of advanced carbide ceramics made from recycled material represents optimized sintering technology without the assistance of external pressure. Due to the absence of pressure, this material is sintered by reactive sintering in the liquid phase, where cobalt is the main additive necessary for the successful production of dense carbide ceramics from powdered recycled material.
