Original Abstract

V experimentálním povodí poblíž Němčic na Blanensku byl prováděn monitoring kvality vody v bezejmenném vodním toku, který po soutoku s Němčickým potokem vstupuje na území CHKO Moravský kras. Od října 2023 do července 2024 bylo odebráno 24 týdenních slévaných vzorků vody, ve kterých byla stanovena koncentrace 140 účinných léčivých látek a jejich metabolitů. V červnu 2025 pak byl proveden odběr sedimentů z toku. Průměrná celková koncentrace léčiv v toku byla 6,53 µg·l-1, přičemž nejvyšších koncentrací dosahoval metformin (průměrně 1,97 µg·l-1). Nejčastěji byla zastoupena antihypertenziva a antibiotika. V sedimentech byl v nejvyšší koncentraci stanoven telmisartan (61,2 µg·kg-1).

English abstract

Monitoring of water quality was carried out in an experimental catchment near Němčice in the Blansko region, specifically in an unnamed watercourse that enters the Moravian Karst Protected Landscape Area after merging with the Němčice Stream. From October 2023 to July 2024, 24 weekly composite water samples were collected. The concentrations of 140 active pharmaceutical ingredients and their metabolites were determined in these samples. Sediment sampling from the watercourse was subsequently performed in June 2025.The average total concentration of pharmaceuticals in the stream was 6,53 µg·l-1, with metformin reaching the highest concentrations (averaging 1,97 µg·l-1). Antihypertensives and antibiotics were the most frequently represented groups. In the sediments, telmisartan was determined in the highest concentration (61,2 µg·kg-1).
