Original Abstract

The paper is about a new modification of current mirrors, which cause the significant input impedance lowering. This method is based on adding two auxiliary transistors into current mirror. The comparison of the features of the proposed current mirror with low input impedance and the other types of current mirror using the MicroCap simulations is performed.
